Our work is carried out in compliance with standards such as the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), the Landlord and Tenant Act, social housing regulatory requirements, and relevant Building Regulation Approved Documents. For our social housing clients, we operate in accordance with the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates (NHF SOR) Version 8, ensuring transparency, consistency, and recognised industry pricing structures when delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services.

We can facilitate secure emergency housing, including accommodation suitable for women fleeing domestic violence, providing safe and supportive environments during difficult circumstances.
