At Different Touch Property Services Ltd, formerly known as Different Touch Custom Fit Ltd, were our focus was on delivering bespoke building and refurbishment works for residential and commercial properties.

Today, we specialise in property repairs, maintenance, damp and mould remediation, Aids & Adaptations, surveying services, and compliance-led housing solutions across the social housing, public, and private sectors.

Our Director, Shelton Graham, brings extensive experience and specialist knowledge gained through many years working on the tools as a multi and also within local authority, housing association, and social housing environments as a senior surveyor.

Many of our clients rely on us because we understand the importance of delivering work to a high standard, with the level of care and attention required to prepare properties for occupation and long-term use.

Different Touch Property Services Ltd is fully insured and committed to operating in line with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. Our work is carried out in compliance with standards such as the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), the Landlord and Tenant Act, social housing regulatory requirements, Awaab's Law, and Building Regulation Approved Documents. This ensures that every project we undertake meets the required safety and compliance standards.

For our social housing clients, we try to operate in accordance with the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates (NHF SOR) however sometimes this is not cost effective for us and our opperating cost.
